Shipping, Refunds and Returns

We take great care in sourcing and handling our teas and trust that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sutra Tea Company. If, however, you feel there is something wrong with the tea, please get in touch and send it back to us. We will check it and if it is below standard, give you a full refund including postage.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days from receipt of your order. We will dispatch orders using either Royal Mail or courier for large orders. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
